As a frustrated songwriter struggles to pen the perfect musical number for an overbearing media mogul, he stumbles upon the magical fantasyland of Flooby-Nooby and becomes entranced by its eccentric, musically-inclined denizens--which include Elvis-impersonating canines and nasally-challenged cab drivers.
