Designed for the beginning and intermediate student, CARDIO MEETS STRENGTH TRAINING WITH DEBRA BONO combines cardio training with strength conditioning for an efficient, time-saving workout that tones all parts of the body. With clear instructions, instructor Debra Bono leads viewers through a 40-minute cardio/strength section, followed by 10 minutes dedicated to Pilates floor exercises.
