Jazz Kilkullen (Lisa Hartman Black) is a beautiful, headstrong and extremely successful photog-rapher who owns Dazzle, a photographer’s studio in Venice Beach, California. When Jazz’s father dies mysteriously, developers all over the world start a stampede to claim the family ranch, which is worth over 3 million dollars. Added to this mix are the dynamics of the Kilkullen family’s internal strife, which drives Dazzle to a must see event.
