Atsuko is full of life. She works hard and tries not to let life get too complicated. But then, she discovers an approaching arranged marriage to a self-centered hotelier. Then, more complications. A mature and passionate soul mingles his way into her life. She is torn. Atsuko must find within herself the delicate differences between the comfort of firm stability and the pain of a wanting heart.

Karin is very ill. And her physician doesn't seem to be helping - medically or emotionally. He is cocky, brash and aloof to her needs as a person. The only thing that keeps Karin going is her web blog. Only there does she manage to find some warmth and sanity in her cold and sterile confines. Eventually, her blog gathers a following and she meets someone. Kind and caring, her new friend is everything she's been longing for. That is, until they come face to face.
