Written and directed by up-and-comers Danny McCullough and James Erskine, EMR is a taut thriller about Adam (Adam Leese), a lonely epileptic fixated on conspiracy theories, who develops an online relationship with a woman he knows only as Cyberbunnylilly (Whitney Cummings). One day, while testing a new medication, he has a seizure and wakes up on an entirely different continent--and missing a kidney--having apparently become the center of a massive and sinister plot, and unable to trust anyone.
