In a haven where police are restricted and crime is legal, "The Swordsman" (the wrestler, Warrior, under the name Jim Hellwig) takes refuge under the protection of a psychotic criminal. Two cops risk it all and enter the Ring of Death for a brutal finale in the Arena of No Return.
