Gad Guard - Collections (Vol. 4)

Hajiki Sanada lives in Night Town, the slum district in a city of the far future. He delivers packages to make some extra money. Hajiki accidentally opens one package and finds a GAD inside, an amazing technological device that bonds to a human through its emotions and grows into a large robot. Now Hajiki finds himself with his own GAD named Lightning, which draws him into a circle of other GAD owners, both friendly and hostile, as well as pitting him against those who are jealous of his new robot pal. GAD GUARDS is a mecha Anime from Gonzo, the animation studio behind LAST EXILE and HELLSING. VOLUME 4 contains four episodes of the series.
