Gatchaman, Vol. 12: Death Girls And The Abominable Snowman

Starting out in Volume 12; there is discord in Galactor as Berg Katse opposes Leader X’s orders to destroy the Mantle Project. Meanwhile the God Phoenix is blown to bits! Next In episode 68, A Nuclear explosion in the south sea reduces people to ash and Gatchaman is sent to investigate! Then in ep 69 the Team goes tomb-raiding and finds Galactor set to cast an entire village population into deadly quicksand! In episode 70 mummified corpses litter the landscape and a squad of Galactor battle mannequins attack! In episode 71 the Science Ninja Team is finally made aware of Leader X’s existence and Ken rips the mask from Berg Katse’s face! Finally in episode 72 it’s off to Amazonia as swarms of locusts are sent to decimate the capitals of the Earth! Its six more perilous journeys into the heart of evil in volume 12!
