Long ago, a young boy witnessed the slaying of his mother by his father and spent a good portion of his adult life in an insane asylum. Fast forward 20 years, and he's on the loose and out to kill, believing God has instructed him to wipe out as many people as possible. Bloodshed follows in this low-budget horror romp.
