Roy Murcant (Nick Mancuso) has made a fortune in Las Vegas, but now his books are becoming hot property in Sin City. Gangsters who feel they aren't getting a fair cut are in pursuit of these books, but causing Murcant greater problems is a crooked cop who has been assigned to the Murcant case in a last chance effort to prove his worth to the force.
