Yoga and Pilates Stretch. Dynamic Stretch is an intermediate workout that involves a series of deep-muscle stretches, ranging from yoga and Pilates to classic athletic moves. You begin with yoga-based standing routines that are designed to warm up your muscles, thus rejuvenating your body while increasing flexibility. Then comes a seven minute series of seated exercises that are designed to extend those previous stretches into your abs and back. Finishing with Pilates-style floorwork aimed at your lower body, such as a double legstretch and "v-sits" with legs in the air.
