Johnny Greyeyes

This award-winning film is a dramatic story about a Native American woman dealing with the day-to-day pressures of incarceration at a women's prison. Johnny (Gail Maurice) has been in prison since the violent murder of her father. Losing contact with her natural family, she progressively forms her own while falling for her cell mate Lana. As her release date approaches, Johnny tries her best to bridge the gaps between her natural family, her new family, and her relationship with Lana.
