Joe, a brash and cocky kickboxer ace, convinces Costner, a top underground boxing promoter, to sponsor him. To prove himself, Joe first fights & dramatically defeats Johnny, seemingly just another kickboxer in Costner's stable

Looking to kick his dependence on steroids and regain his self respect and status, Johnny enlists the help of his long time friend to be his coach. They work hard training day and night with the dream of recovering Johnny's supremacy in the kickboxing ring.

At the same time trouble is brewing between savage underworld gangs and local corrupt police. Each muscling one another to gain control of the community and the kickboxing circuit. Once friends, Pete an outlaw streetfighter...and Andy the only good cop left on the force, duel in a tragic turf battle that will decide who will dominate the district.
