Kawaii (Japanese for "cuteness") abounds in MAGICAL MEOW MEOW TARUTO. This Anime series follow the adventures of Taruto, a cat-girl living in two worlds--that of regular people, and the fantastical parallel culture of cat people taking place underneath the noses of humans. When Taruto hears of the legend of the kingdom of Ganache and its magical cat people, she naturally concludes that she is the missing heir to the throne because of her ability to cast spells. Unfortunately, her attempts to use magic to help people usually just cause more trouble. MAGICAL MEOW MEOW TARUTO is a mahou shuojo (magical girl) Anime series that combines cuteness with comedy in the form of the eponymous cat-girl.
