Jordan Consorte stars as Tyler, a young woman who finds herself battling the serial killer (Larry Cashion) who murdered her father years ago. Unlike most serial killers, however, "Mr. Hell" is already dead. Directed by Rob McKinnon, this odd, lively horror film also features a subplot about a mercenary group's attempt to steal deadly bacteria from Tyler's lab, as well as a goodly number of gouged-out eyeballs.
