One Down, Two To Go/Brotherhood Of Death

Two actioners are packaged together on DRIVE IN DOUBLE FEATURE: ONE DOWN, TWO TO GO and BROTHERHOOD OF DEATH. Four of the greatest stars of the 1970s blaxploitation cycle--Jim Brown, Fred Williamson, Jim Kelly, and Richard Roundtree--team up for the first time to take down the corrupt organizers of a martial arts tournament. Williamson himself directs this attempt at re-invigorating the blaxploitation combination of action and crime drama. BROTHERHOOD OF DEATH features former football star Mike Thomas as a black Vietnam vet who returns home to see America still wracked by racial intolerance. Gathering his former war buddies, he decides to take revenge on a group of murderous racists. Both ONE DOWN, TWO TO GO and BROTHERHOOD OF DEATH feature funky soundtracks and the anti-authority indignation viewers expect from the blaxploitation genre.
