POWER OF EVIL presents four gory low-budget horror films from the vaults of Sub Rosa Studios. In UNHINGED (1982), which gained notoriety when it was banned in the UK as part of the "Video Nasties" campaign, three young female college students fall prey to a sexually repressed middle-aged spinster. In HARVESTERS (2001), a demented backwoods clan captures victims in order to obtain their body parts. DIE HARD DRACULA (1998) offers a campy retelling of the Dracula myth, with fearless vampire hunter Dr. Van Helsing leading a crusade against the Count and his legion of bloodsucking vixens. Finally, the bloody anthology GIRLS NIGHT OUT (2003) includes three short tales of heart-stopping suspense: GIRLS NIGHT OUT, THE CREEP, and BLOOD MOON RISING.
