In ROBIN HOOD OF THE PECOS (1941), Rogers helps organize a citizens' militia against crooked ranchers. And in YOUNG BILL HICKOK (1940), Rogers portrays the legendary gunfighter as a daring youth entrusted with protecting a shipment of gold.
