This family holiday film concerns Chris Kringle, Jr. who unfortunately gets picked up as a suspected shoplifter by two cops. While he's under arrest and interviewed by his public defender (Lauren Holly from DUMBER AND DUMBER), she starts to believe in his story and wants to help save Christmas.
